Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites O’Fallon, IL

I stay here regularly and each visit is wonderful. Heather, Mike, and the rest of the folks at the front desk are extremely helpful and have made each experience a comfortable stay. It’s a great location in O’Fallon. The rooms are always clean. You can walk to food or other shopping that’s close by. There are two electric car chargers out front too.

I was having a terrible weekend when I visited! When I say the receptionist at the front desk name Heather went above and beyond, that is an understatement. she absolutely made me feel very welcomed and was very inviting. she was very attentive and made sure she did her best to accommodate any of my needs!! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I have several options of hotels in the area to go to yet I will always pick this place simply because of their overall service. Even some of the cleaning crew i meet was hospitable!!

Consistent and clean! Not much else you can ask for. Location isn't bad, either.

The room we had was huge. Very nice and very clean . Mattress are comfy. If you eat breakfast I recommend the waffles!

Great location for visiting Scott airforce base. I come for family but this hotel always has the cleanest rooms and the best included breakfast. All the workers are always helpful and pleasant. I wouldn't stay anywhere else during our trips to the area! And the kids LOVE the pool. Always warm and not to crowded.

The hotel is in a prime location for activities and midway for my family in the Metro East / Illinois side and my boyfriend’s STL MO family. Plus if we have to go further out to my family further in Southern Illinois the proximity of highway is perfect as well as when we come in from Chicago. Clean rooms, I love the patio off the breakfast area that has lounge chairs and picnic tables. You are within walking distance of Starbucks and a couple restaurants. The electric car chargers are a nice addition, although I don’t have one, I do wish they didn’t take up as many spots in the front of the hotel. The last few times I’ve booked the hotel they have been at capacity but you don’t feel overcrowded at breakfast or using the pool and amenities. Love my second home when our family’s homes are full and we need a quiet spot.

This hotel was incredibly clean, the rooms are spacious, there are ample places to set bags, hang clothes, etc. I think this was the best, most comfortable, unquestionably clean hotel bed I've ever slept in. They only thing I would change would be to add a lock to the bathroom door.

The place is quite good, nice decor, the staff were very friendly, the room was very nice and comfortable, the beds were large, the bathroom was very well laid out so there was plenty of space, the only downside was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door, but overall a good place. The breakfast was tasty and they filled it up quickly. If anything was missing from the breakfast fridge, it was a very good place with a car charger in the parking lot, and although it's slow, it's much more convenient than other places that don't have one. Everything was excellent.
